Derby City Fly Fishers Fly Tying
Derby City Fly Fishers hosts a 1 hour fly tying session at 7pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Clarksville, IN Bass Pro Shops. Each month features a new fly, and all of the materials and tying vises are provided. We only have so many loaner vises available, so if you do have your own equipment, please bring it. The 2nd floor auditorium at Bass Pro is a perfect tying venue that includes a large projection screen where we project live video of the tier on the screen so that you can see all of the details in tying the fly.

If you have a specific fly or type of fly you would like to see in one of our open months, please contact Robert DeAngelis. If you would like to host one of our sessions at Bass Pro, we are looking for volunteers. There are some great tiers in our club and we would really like to showcase your work. Contact Robert if you would like to tie.
