Derby City Fly Fishers Fly Tying Derby City Fly Fishers hosts a 1 hour fly tying session at 7pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Louisville Nature Center in Louisville, KY. Each month features a new fly, and all of the materials and tying vises are provided. We only have so many loaner vises available, so if you do have your own equipment, please bring it. The classroom and projector screen at the Nature Center is a perfect tying venue where we project live video of the tier on the screen so that you can see all of the details while tying the fly. 2010 Fly Tying Schedule We are looking for patterns and tiers you would like to see this year.
